2.4. If no one is available to receive your groceries and products at the time of delivery, we will leave the groceries and products at the address you provided. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of leaving the groceries and products unattended.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for groceries and products once they have been delivered, unless they are faulty or damaged.

3.2. If your products are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 day of delivery to arrange for a refund, replacement or alternate solution.
